Pros
Obs and slobs both have a canvas screen size which defaults to your stream pc's screen res. I have mine set up for streaming from my pc to my ps4 to record in game audio and party chat-card in pc (of course)hdmi furthest away from from 3.
Cons
Save yourself the migraine and about 2 years worth of lifetime stress by giving this product a pass. Now for the second infuriating issue.

I am forced to do a complete shutdown. Tech support is non-existent.
No resource goes above 35% usage (ram). The game freezes daily in there. Selecting 'highest fps' and 'match output fps' while outputting at 240fps does not cause the card to input 240fps into obs, it's still 60fps.
The drivers for this device are not installed. After plugging it in, there is no audio. It just seems to be a remarketed card with a metal heat shield.

Its great for 4k60 recording and high framerate recording aswell
Capture quality is fantastic no complaints there
The active signal resolution is always incorrect the firmware fails to update and the avermedia support is unresponsive
One of the biggest problems ive had with these kinds of devices is the latency
Price
Do not go the cheap route because thats were your audio and video issues come in at
The price is decent for this and the input latency was minimal which is a plus
Truthfully this card really shines when you stream at 4k content not sure about 1440p but for the price i couldnt say its worth it

I like the simple use for the capture card but seems unreasonable for the other hdmi port to just work for a camera and not another monitor as well

I have to access the avermedia recentral4 which is the program it comes with and open that program for the rbg to turn on
