The trick is that the manufacturer avery has redesigned the shape of the rings and mounted the ring mechanism on the back panel about a 12 closer to the spine

The reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dimensions in the item description are not even close to reality so its been hit or miss for me to get the proper binder that will completely cover the tabs

Even the video posted on amazon of these binders show the page divider tabs sticking out
