Pros
Comes with a printable sheet of labels with instructions on how to print. I use sheet protectors, and i don't mind at all that these extend beyond the notebook when closed. Great for our 7 year old daughter’s school folder.
The dividers themselves are great. Will last all year and has pockets on both sides of each divider. Only down side is that the end of the dividers bends a little bit when but into a backpack.
Cons
The tab is too tight. The colors are cool, but the pockets are too small.
