Pros
The templates on avery website are super easy to use & they have a lot of different styles to choose from. It makes for a very clean, neat, professional look. Avery website helps with design templates.
Cons
New directions for printing are cumbersome, require a very persistent user and do nothing to enhance the old downloaded template method. Software is incompatible with wireless hp office jet pro 8500a. My wireless printer hates these labels.
Amazon states item in non returnable. There is no way for me to report that that is an issue with my order other than submitting a return. Clearly amazons fault.
