Not good for making signs but would be useful for a plastic note pad left out int he rain or other odd surfaces

The packaging says they wont dry out even if the marker is left uncapped for a half hour

The ink flows quickly here so watch that you dont linger in any one spot or youll bleed through to the other side of the page or the next page if your paper stock is too thin and porous

These dry quickly even on shiny stock but not so quickly that it wont smear if you run your hand over it quickly after youve utilized the pen

If you are using these for pages that are somewhat thin the writing will bleed through

This is a good price for three markers that have a very fine tip as thin as an ink pen

The ink does bleed through paper a disadvantage but it marks every surface i could find and didnt smudge on any of them
