Pros

Designed for inkjet printers, these labels can be trusted not to come apart. The labels themselves have a strong adhesive that stick very well to cardboard shipping boxes. They work with ups, fedex, or usps labels.

Cons

The label prints out vertically while the labels are designed to be horizontal. The adhesive feels super sticky, after a half day or so it starts unpeeling itself from the package. Avery needs to put better adhesive on these.

The ink smears even after 15 minutes. Kept getting jammed on the rollers in my hp deskjet 5550. My printer now jams 100% of the time after using these labels.

I question whether the labels i received are authentic avery shipping labels. The package looks like the ones that come from the local officemax store. I'm not sure who to contact to get my second pack, which is a little frustrating.

Right size for what we need it for and good quality

I mistakenly bought the 8126 version of this, and it jammed every time i tried to print a label.

In over 500 printings, not one time has a label "peeled" and jammed my printer.

Price

Absolutely worth the "cost" because of the complete life cylcle value of the product.

At a cost of ~25¢/label, they’re a great time saver over manually taping labels to packages.

Price should be lower for the simplicity of the product but can find them on deals and then stock up.

This is hard to find in the stores for this price.

Shipping

I always use these for printing postage (on my inkjet printer) for shipping (when i use the usps click & ship).

These labels are perfect for shipping my online etsy orders.

I buy these all the time as i ship stuff out frequently.

I will only buy avery branded labels for shipping.

The avery label sticks to the surface of the box or envelope, with the edges staying down, not curling on the corners.

Amazon workers need to use unscented products if they will be handling packages!

These are my go to labels for shipping, but this time the package came heavily scented with lotion or sunscreen.

I've tried a few knock-off brands over the years.

Sometimes it shows a similar problem even when applied directly to boxes or envelopes (usps 'tyvek" envelopes are the biggest problem).
