Pros
It flairs quite a bit, which would accommodate a larger derrière. This mini skirt is good quality. Although they were all ordered as medium, the pink one is a little shorter than the other two.
The feel/fit is excellent. Fits perfectly.
The waist isn't too tight either, so i don't get a muffin top. I'm 181 about 31 in waist 45 hip and got a size xl and it fit amazing. I have a small waist with very wide hips which makes buying things to fit my waist difficult.
Cons
This is extremely short. My entire rear end hangs out and my front is in view as well. Fabric is extremely flimsy and thrown together and very wrinkled.

Probably equivalent to a size 46 and if you want to wear it at the waist it runs very large
