Pros
It flares in all the right spots and shows off my legs like they're ten feet long. Fits prefect. True to size, very stretchy as well.
Used it for a velma costume. Another piece for a cosplay costume. If you wear something underneath than it's totally cute.
Cons
The material is extremely cheap and the pleats are nearly non-existing. In a couple places it say faux leather.
