Pros

This unicycle is very sturdy. It appears to be equipped with a tubed tire, so that's a definite bonus. This is definitely worth picking up, if you don't mind doing a bit of extra fiddling with it.

Better than spending 200 for beginner. Use locktite on the crank to shaft threads. Seat tends to rotate easy.

Cons

Seat is too short for anyone over 5' 7 and the seat post clamp doesn't work well. My daughter can't go more than 10ft before the seat becomes un-aligned. Not for tall riders.

The axle is an odd clamp between two clips arrangement. The left peddle will not thread properly when trying to screw it on. Tiny bolts holding the axle aren't confidence inspiring.

The tire is very cheap and has a max 65psi. And it's cheap in construction, befitting this. Should be much sturdier. Just very cheaply made.
