Pros

The rack seems a bit tight for acoustic guitars, especially concert and jumbos. It fits odd shaped guitars. It holds my guitars and basses nicely.

It's shockingly sturdy and very well padded. Its a nicely padded. Product is very sturdy. Take a phillips head screwdriver and poke through the foam into the holes.

It saves so much space compared to individual floor stands. Perfect as a renter not wanting to drill holes to hang guitars on the wall. It also folds in on itself for storage/travel.

Cons

The box was ripped and tattered.

It's not much more than see parts, assemble. After which point, it is permanently locked in.

The directions are hilariously bad and barely legible. Instructions are pretty awful for this product and need to be redone.

Cons: there was a spot where the padding was slightly ripped, but the box/packaging seemed fine.

Was a little weird putting together but its common sense and patience really.
