The stand is very sturdy and has a small footprint. Once assembled it is portable stable and comfortable.

Easy to maneuver and doesn't shake or bounce when typing. Allows me the flexibility to stand and move about, during my work from home workday. Anti-skid rubber placed on some shelves provides a good grip.
Cons
The on board power strip is convenient but one of the plug ins has never worked. They want $18 to replace the part, which was supposed to hold something like 20 lbs. It broke holding 12 lbs.
The crucial monitor holder adjustable swivel joint is made of plastic. The adjustable brackets that attach the monitors to the stand are primarily plastic.

I have not experienced the weakness of the monitor arms that some describe but i may be a bit heavy handed on the screws

I did have to tighten the screws on the vertical adjustment to keep the monitors from sliding down
