This little thing is awesome! Works great as of now! The only thing that i could potentially see someone complaining about is that the door springs shut quick and can be loud.

They are very hot right out of the warmer so i unroll it and flap a few times to cool. They get smokin hot.

This cabby only fits about 6 towels, but it's perfect for a traveling esthetician/cosmetologist, or someone who does facials at home. Fits 6 micro fiber towels. They hold a max of 6 15x25 hand towels (the kind from the bath towel aisle at walmart).

You need to allow time for it to heat the towels throughly compared to a larger warmer. It evenly heats the towels in a timely manner and the sterilizing uv light is an amazing bonus.

This towel heater is perfect to set on my manicure desk. I recommend this product heavily as an esti who has worked with professional hot towel cabbies before! I have a 6 chair barbershop and each station has a towel warmer for hot lather shaving.

I'm not sure why it’s leaking so badly. It is out of warranty as it only has a three-month warranty.
