Pros & Cons
Pros
This is just what i was looking for to house my fender strat. Very sturdy, and perfect fit for my epiphone studio.
Fit nice and snug and secure, no movement at all. Exterior appearance is a 5/5. Fits well and nicely lined.
Perfect for every day storage and light travel. Day-to-day use, back and forth to gigs. Perfect for storing in the house. Better than your average gig bag, it is a hard case, but a pretty thin one.
Cons
Hinges and construction material is not sturdy. This case is flimsy.
Highlights
Quality
All that said, it's a wonderfully well-constructed case, and i'm very happy with the purchase.
It's of decent quality and will definitely protect your instrument.
The last issue is with the padding inside of the case, it is very thin.
Price
Doesn’t hurt either is its affordable price.
Would buy it again at this price.
Packaging/appearance
I did take the screws out of the picks, strings and goodies compartment so i could lay it flatter.
Ups punched a few good holes in the cardboard, but i opened while ups waited, a slight impression but no damage.
Competitiveness
I use this case for my les paul special, which came with a gig-bag.
It better than a gig bag at about the same price as some bags.

Just don’t put anything heavy on top of it or if your in a van full of heavy gear make sure nothing would fall on top of it if it’s laying flat

I definitely would not put it in with luggage on airplane plus it’s to big to put in above seat storage on a plane so air travel is out with this case
