I like this its really really bright it comes with the diffusers that snap on its a little tricky so make sure you line them up correctly but it has a knob that you can dim and adjust the lighting it doesnt come with a stand thats seperate and you have to buy a holder for your camera to fit in the middle or you can just use a tripod and put your camera in the middle of the light as well only reason i didnt get it 5 stars was because you would think it would come with the piece in the middle for the camera but its not a deal breaker

Nice and large with a very strong bulb i have had to replace my bulb once after a drop and couldnt find a replacement on amazon and required going to bh photo where it was backordered fyi which is dimmable

Its a nice lights for fotos and videos the only thing i dont like is that its not stable when i move it the lights go off and on without me touching the dimmer
