The microphone is poor and even if i pull the mic in front of my mouth it is still low. Control feels plasticky and cord does not feel like it will last very long. I work in customer survive and don't think they are suitable for it.

I havent gotten any negative feedback on noise canceling but ive also never asked or heard the headset from the other end of the line

The inline controls are convenient but it would have been really nice to have a shirtclip to keep it off my lap where i occasionally end up hitting one of the buttons unintentionally
