The black one my favorite was super stretched out and did not fit my head and would just fall off when i tilted my head i did exchange it and the second time around it came as the middle so it wasn’t as stretched out

So in other words it does stick up a little more than just the one knot type of headband

I am not used to having anything behind my ears but i guess if i wear it more often it will not feel like i have to keep adjusting it
