However these tools would require multiple dry runs in ui and validations also it is hard to write deployments that require multiple entities of the same kind as say many folders under a s3 bucket whose name would be different only by three letters

For example the use of yaml in cloudformaton is hard when the deployment grows and there is poor support for its validation and prettification
