Right out of the package i was concerned that it didnt line up precisely with the edge of the oasis but after a couple of days of use it could not fit more perfectly

My one complaint is that the patterngrain of the fabric is on an angle and does not align with the horizontal and vertical edges of the oasis as it appears in the description photos

This one doesn’t protect the device much but it’s not like i’m going to use the oasis forever

I usually take off the case to read so ive not used the adhesive offered to attach the kindle more permanently to the case

It is pretty and shuts oasis off when closed

However it can be better if the back is fully covered for protection purpose

I originally had the original case by amazon which i liked but when i decided to get one in a different color i found out amazon discontinued them because of bad reviews
