Never irritates my eyes, very hydrating, really gets rid of lines around eyes & lips. It helps erase those pesky fine lines under the eyes and it absorbs really fast.

Cons

Container less than half full. Assuming expired. Sent back for refund. List of ingredients in this cream also not impressive.

I don’t think this eye cream is made for under eye circles or puffiness those are not my particular skin concerns
