Pros
My tips look like they have small white specks on them after putting them on once. I like that they don't need to be compressed before inserting, unlike foam tips.
Cons
Not recommended to buy because when you pull the airpod pro out of your ears the airpod is out, but the silicon part is still inside your ear. And the noise cancelation is not nearly as good with these tips.

My lead product designer recommended these to me and omg are they effing amazing.
They feel like they have more grip on your ears too due to the material compared to the stock ones that come with the airpods.
I do not like that they are black and do not blend well with the earbud.
With the original apple ear tips my left airpod pro would not fit snugly in my left ear regardless of how i tried to fit it in.
Price
I much prefer this material to the stock airpods tips.
Competitiveness
I’ve been always having to battle my airpods falling out of my ears but with these that is a problem of the past.
I know they're a bit expensive, but it's worth it now that i can actually use my airpod pros.
My airpods pro kept falling out with stock small ear tips.

I’ve tried the memory foam ones and they don’t last

They don’t collapse after a couple of months or peel away from the base like the memory foam

First i gave the product a medium rating for noise cancellation because i cannot be sure how much of an improvement the azla sednaearfit crystal tips actually provided in comparison to the original ear tips provided by apple

Neither the apple provided ear tips or another aftermarket ear tip made of a conforming foam material would make my left ear pass the ear tip fit test this with both my original airpod pros and my new 2nd gen airpod pros

However the material they are made of is not as delicate as the apple ear tips and they provide a snug fit and much better inear retention for me

Tilting my head to the left or forward would allow the original apple airpod ear tip to easily drop out of my left ear

The azla sednaearfit crystal tips they have a much better grip and do not fall out
