The azla tips are great! Noise cancellation still works great.
Cons
These tips definitely hurt the ears and slide out just as easily as the originals. The ear tip is the same size as the ear.

The material is really nice and grippy and the sound quality is amazing with them seated properly in the ear canal.
Great sound and a multi-hour secure and reliable seal.
I got a memory foam ones and i convinced myself that they worked and then 2 days ago my bud fell out into my lunch.
The original ones that come with them are terrible and do not stay in my ears.
