If you aren't emptying the bladder, it puts the pressure on the kidneys which will raise bp. I have a shellfish allergy so it made me wonder if this contains some type of derivative. It’s not the real stuff.

Didn’t realize it helps sleep when i bought it and it has definitely helped that area as well as weight management.
