Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons
The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

They all seem compatible with one another. It is lanolin based, not petroleum so it should not harm gaskets.

I use it on my motorcycle for stubborn bug guts. Stop my truck from rusting. Treated my 2009 dodge ram and my wife's 2011 chevy colorado with it. Using on my old obs ford truck frame and underbody.

Main difference with surface shield is it seems like it's tackier and stays where you spray it. I wish this came with its own spray nozzle 24-36” hose for internal frame spraying.

Cons

This equates to a $51 loss on my purchase. It's non-returnable because of hazmat issues.

Competitiveness

While lps3 is more tenacious and holds up better, this product is much cheaper, easier to apply and has much greater coverage.

The price needs to come down to be more competitive with fluid film though.

You can’t use the hose spray attachments that are available for other cans like fluid film because they use a different style s...  Read More
