Pros

Scent is heavenly and something that will imprint in your memory of your children for a lifetime. Smell is herbaceous and earthy but i don't mind. Cleaned well and seems to have moisturized my baby's skin.

Best wash i've used for my baby to-date. Working on my third purchase and will continue to buy.

Cons

What a major disappointment from a beloved brand. First time using it on all of us and what a nightmare. Switched back again, same problem.

New formula feels more watery or watered down. Need to wash through twice before any results.

Strange burnt orange color and a sticky texture. It smells so stinky.

The rash on his forehead is raised. Totally flared up his skin and allergies. Left my sons hair feeling filmy.

It is not drying and has ingredients known be soothing to the skin and hydrating not drying.

My only complaint is that the packaging was horrible and i’m lucky not too much was spilled out so i kept it.

This is comparable to salon professional brands and has better ingredients - yes please!

I'll be trying a similar product from california kids, which doesn't contain any "benz" ingredients.
