First time mom and got this for my newborn and it is very useful. No scratch on it. The tan/beige color really makes it blend in with the tan interior of my car.

Highly recommend, makes life easier. Packaging is great. All products are all engineered well and great quality.

Cons

The mirror itself has a major deficiency - it's pivot point. The mirror keeps flopping down as a result. I have to fix the mirror all the time because it's always wobbly.

The strap always come loose no matter how many times i tighten it. It’s difficult to make the straps tight since they loosen too easily. Does not work in a sedan with fixed / non-adjustable headrests.
