Pros
This is basically the defacto crib until he gets bigger. Helped us transition from bed sharing. The frame is a thick, sturdy plastic that you insert inside the mesh bassinet.
It also comes with a night light that makes soothing noises for the baby.
Cons
The battery slot is not easy to open. It has been linked to at least 3 infant deaths. This thing is cheap and flimsy.
The mat is as thin as paper and you can feel the underneath. My newborn just hates this bed and prefers sleeping for hours on a couch. The matress that comes with it is super hard.
The center 3” are soft do the top and bottom are never at the same flatness. Also the mesh portion is not nearly high enough to provide peace of mind. It also looks like a little coffin, which is appropriate considering how poorly it is designed.

The mattress is wrinkled so i ended up trying to smooth them out some success covering with a receiving blanket

They should’ve stuck to something simple like white noise as the heartbeat and lullaby are more distracting than anything
