Packaged in a small crinkled plastic bags a few balloons tiny spool of ribbon and a weird marked tube and some odd greenery which i still hate the greenery

Everything was great the only thing i would caution people on is if your party is on tile hardwood or vinyl flooring do not pop the balloons with the confetti when cleaning up
