Pros

She loves this thermometer and said it is very easy to use and accurate each time she uses it. Comes with batteries and good instructions.

The lens protector is removable to also take temperatures through your ear. It is within 1 degree of our traditional mouth thermometer. Right ear 99. Right cheek 104.

Cons

The unit is very inaccurate. The real temp (taken with real thermometers) is sometimes 6-7 degrees higher/lower than this thing. Only accurate readings are when the sensor is pressed to baby's temple.

This thermometer is not accurate at the slightest. This one is terribly inaccurate and a waste of money.

It works like a charm good accurate reads

After a few months it started to shut off when using the forehead scanner, thought maybe it was the batteries so changed them.
