At first it looks daunting when you take it out of the package. The instructions are so easy to follow. I use it every day for walks and just getting stuff packed around the house.

Cons

I’m honestly surprised other reviews seem fine with the breathablity so idk. I am tall and this is just not easy to use. Don't think about flying with this.

This wrap has zero stretch to it and is really thick. It has a scratchy itchy feel too it.
