Pros & Cons
Pros
The material is so soft and breathable! It's nice for walks when the weather is chilly or cool.
This carrier is soft and cozy for the newborn stage. Perfect size for a newborn. If you'd like a more adaptable one that grows with your child, the 360 is great. Overall, for newborns/ infants this is great!
After trying and returning two other brand carriers. Our 4. Month-old loves it.
The bottom of the babybjorn is wide enough that baby doesn't dangle as much as they used to. It is softer and supports our child better. The best part is the ease of putting it on and taking it off.
Olivia feels safe and comfy, her daughter loves it so she can keep up with the twins. The straps are easy to navigate and more realistic when you have a fussy baby. The only slight downside is that you can get pretty hot wearing it.
Cons
Unfortunately this carrier provides even less support that the wrap!
Highlights
Quality
Super comfy, well made, perfect for smaller baby.
Super easy to use, high quality materials, and light weight.
This carrier can’t be used with a baby below 7 lbs, and it won’t work much past the first year.
Whenever he is being fussy, i just drop him in the carrier, and he’s out like a light, even if he’s been fussing for an hour or... Read More
Price
I honestly would have paid even more for this.
I’m fine with that — if you’re not planning on wearing your baby much, this is a lot of money to spend.
We also have the baby bjorn bouncer and absolutely love it, but it is pretty expensive.
Competitiveness
Way better than any wraps or the other carriers i tried.
I originally wanted this carrier but i wasn't sure if it would be worth it longterm compared to other options on the market.

All my friends have the standard babybjorn but wait to use it til their baby gets a bit bigger to start using it

I can see how maybe it wont be as supportive at year 1 so yes youll probably need to transition to another carrier down the road which can be cost prohibitive for some but to me this mini babybjorn is worth it

Only really suitable for small little ones

The straps are not ideal on the shoulders for a long period of time ergo and moby are better for those but i cannot fit the small infant comfortably in the ergo so this is better for that if you dont want to mess with a lot of wraps and ties and such

I bought a sling carrier when i first had my baby and it was so hard to figure out and i didn’t feel like my baby was secure

I knew i would never be good at the wraps that require about 7 steps to tie on and so i started with the baby ktan carrier because i liked the idea of some kind of wrap

This is mostly because all the carriers i had seen looked suitable for hiking were bulky required multiple adjustment points and were not simple or easy to put on for just wearing baby around the house
