Pros

The filter has to be cleaned after a while in the back but that's easy peasy to do. Babyliss is top notch. Recently air stream is weaker so i will buy another one.

Cons

Will not buy from this seller again. No warrantee information shown on their listings. I now have to pay shipping to return it, and i have to include $5 for them to ship a new one.

The dryer lasted six months before stinking up my bathroom with its charred plastic stench. It dries just ok but the worst part is that it is very heavy. It is so powerful, which dries hair fast but, it leaves my hair knotted up and frizzy.

Disappointed with this hair dryer. Less powerful as my old 10 year old conair hairdryer. Concentrator nozzle doesn't stay on.

I even bought the $250+ babyliss italia brava hairdryer and it didn’t compare to this at all.

I even contacted babyliss about a replacement filter, and was told there isn't one for sale.
