I was able to get replacement order from amazon and the product warranty also works great after i contacted the company customer service.

Packaging/appearance

Works perfectly for packing toddlers lunch for daycare.

We got the 6oz and it’s perfect for packing my and my 2 year olds lunch/snack.

I received a package with one cap broken already and i accidentally dropped one , the cap immediately broke as well.

I haven't had any that leaked yet, but we keep them in a lunch box, so it's not critical if it leaks a tiny bit.

I’m not sure if there’s a special dry erase marker we were supposed to be using but i used an expo brand one and it doesn’t wash off.
