I purchased this item for a family member that does construction work and previously they were using a back support belt that does not have these suspenders and also i believe theyre bell is dinner in diameter from south to north

If using this lumbar support belt and properly lifting items with your legs and not your back then you should not experience any kind of lower back pain after doing heavy labor

I have gone to the gym and done very heavy workouts while using a workout belt and use the proper form and in the end i never had any kind of lower back problems knock on wood because you have to focus on using your legs to lift and not your back
