Pros

Easy to assemble, easy to install, took 1hr after reading the instructions. By yourself it takes about 3 hrs to assemble with inclosed hardware. I suggest you get a drill it will help speed up the assembly.

This is a beautiful swing and the cedar smells great. Spent many evenings swinging comfortably.

The wood is fairly soft but sturdy. It is comfortable to sit in. Amp; comfortable.

The finished product looks fantastic with its natural color, which i protected with a healthy coating of water seal. When finished brushed on two coats of exterior polyurethane.

Cons

It is cheap knotted pined wood that was colored to appear like cedar. The back cross pieces were cut incorrectly and did not fit on one of the sides. Assembly isn't for the faint of heart.

The holes are not centered on the bench boards vecause they cant be.

A great price for an amazing swing!

Good value for the price and everyone loves sitting in it.

I found it to be a great value for the price point.

Nicer swing then i was expecting for the price.

Shipping

It took 3 days, but that was probably due to the weekend, not their lack of response.

I called customer service & they sent a replacement the next day, very friendly & helpful.

Packaging/appearance

One last note, great packaging; not one piece of styrofoam!

Looks great, i anticipate decades of swinging with my sweety.

All parts were in the box and even a couple of extra bolts and nuts.

The swing arrived packaged well, everything labeled, easy instructions, went together easy, and smelled like cedar!
