Im calling again today as i havent seen an update from them

One other thing to note the kit included a large ladderlike part possibly monkey bars

Ive got it mostly assembled but ran into problems with the main support bar for the swings

I spoke with a nice lady who after i explained the problem offered to send a new main support bar
