Each part is in a plastic sleeve and is associated with a letter. The kit has an app with detailed instructions and detailed instruction book is included in the kit.

The pergola is awesome! Overall i am very pleased with how it looks. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment. It truly is beautiful and was a fantastic price.

Pergola transformed my small backyard to an oasis. It looks fabulous on our patio. We've already tethered vines from our nearby garden to enhance the look.

Instead, they registered my product and shipped a replacement post (which was about 9" inches square, 8' long and made of steel) for free.

Customer service was hassle free and they sent out the replacement parts quickly.

I contacted customer support and they quickly sent spray paint cans to touch up the areas.

Packaging/appearance

The hardware was incredibly well packaged and marked.

I can't speak for what caused the post dent, but the joist was dented when it fell onto concrete edging material.
