The hair used on this brush is so thick that calling it "superfine" feels misleading.
This is a brush that exudes quality and, imho, worth not having to pay much more just to have a more recognizable name.
Price
The brush gets five stars for over all value.
I am pleased with this purchase and feel i've gotten a reasonable value for the money.
Silvertip or not, this brush is maybe the best value you can find on a shaving brush for under $120.
I think i'm more suited to the high mountain white stubby that you can also find here on amazon for $169.

I also own the high mountain badger brush which has softer tips if very light pressure is applied during use but has very stiff hairs below that feel slightly like pins if one brushes vigorously

Ive got a real tortoise shell brush at home and sidebyside you cant tell the difference
