Pros

Yo-this garlic is fantastic - it is finer than both mccormic and tone's. This is one of the best granulated garlic powders for the price. Carry some in a little brass keyfob container and you're set for any boring lunch sandwich.

Great as a staple ingredient for dry rubs, pungent and powerful. Great for my use as i am on the ketogenic diet.

Just made a 26 oz of dry rub with it to smoke a 120lb pig and it was fantastic

I prefer granulated to powder since in my experienc granulated does not clump up like powder does
