Pros & Cons
Pros
This product is delicious as a general seasoning----a bit on the salty side. Gives it that legit fried rice flavor. I generally use this to make cauliflower fried rice - so good!
Cons
Flavor is ok my main problem was when i received the spice. Absolutely no flavor. The flavor makes me nauseous just thinking about it.
Can't place fried rice on the table for karamu (like thanksgiving dinner but held on nye dec 31) this is so far off from asian cuisine. Made one dish then toss it out along with the seasoning.

Quality
This definitely added the “restaurant quality “ taste to my homemade fried rice!
I like this because it makes fried rice so very good
I've eaten plenty of fried rice over the years but don't really have the culinary expertise to technically evaluate this product.
With the spice container you can use as much or as little as you want.
