It fit nicely in a zipper pocket in my handbag. They fit on adidas and nike, they are great for the price.
Cons
These are not 1/4 spikes as advertised. It turns out the nail before you know it. Since they don't tighten they fall out regularly.

They should fit any pair of spikes

Since neither of us had any real experience with track shoes or spikes we were surprised to learn how easily they break or wear down especially since several of the tracks are made of asphalt
