When the lid is on the design of the lid should be a continuation of the design of the base of the ottoman but it isnt

The lid simply repeats the top of the ottoman so it looks stupid

You can see from the product picture that paris is on top of paris what you probably cant tell from the photo is that the top of the eiffel tower is also just repeated on the lid

To me i think this is a big mistake in design engineering and i was tempted to give it only three stars as a result

At the current price of around twenty five dollars perhaps folks dont expect better design engineering
