Pros
It's ideal appliance for kitchen in reheating and defrosting. I make maggi, pasta, baked potatoes sometimes and it works perfectly. It has different modes for the magnitude of heating you want.
Timely delivery and good behaviour of delivery boy. It is ready to use but once you can arrange one demo ( guidence ) to use nicely and smoothly.
Cons
Don't buy this product. It is useless. It's only for heating food. In my opinion, amazon management think to finished there defected items at lower cost.
