Pros

The quality of the product is good and installation is chargeable. Design is good looks classy. The auto switch off is a blessing.

Heating is fine. Simple to use keep the temp knob to max. Body of geyser is still intact.

Cons

Within 2-3 yrs geyzer tank leaked from inside. Showing 15 litre storage capacity but in reality approx 12 litre capacity. There was no inlet and outlet pipe.

Worst service of installation. I need to connect to customer service for warranty but their customer care number is not working.

I have been using these from last 2 years, not a single problem with this product.

Started using since november 2020 and the heater tank started leaking in november 2023.

Worked flawlessly for 3 years (10-15 minutes every day in winter) but gave up after that.

Tank came with 5 years warranty and the old product was replaced under warranty.
