I got this thinking it would encourage my 6 year old to be a little more independent in the kitchen it comes with 3 cutting boards and 3 knives all good on paper however the knives are not designed for foods like carrots potatoes etc

I know they are supposed to be blunt but they can only be used for softer foods like bananas avocados or soft meats

It comes with three different sizes and three different chop boards just in case you have more than one child or you wanna show them that different knives have different uses this would be great for any child and programs like montessori or any household that teaches their child through actions versus visual learning
