The sonic toothbrush is great and really cleans my teeth. The ultrasound brushing movements seems pretty powerful. Rose, lemon and eucalyptus are on point. But clove is very strong and gave me headaches initially.
Cons
After a few weeks the base gets loose and the brushes won't stay in contact with your teeth/gums. This is especially disappointing since i'd been previously quite satisfied with this product. Another failed brush after only one month of use.

Great job brushing, charge last up to 10 days when i travel.
Easy to install replacement heads and easy on the teeth
I have had the toothbrush for 8 months and still going strong.
But clove is very strong and gave me headaches initially but got used it now.
Price
Priced well, and the refill brushes are the least expensive around.
These are just like the original brushes and were 3 for 9$.
Even if it were to die after a year, that is still 1/3 the cost of name brand junk.
We were using the sonic one and spending like 200 dollars and i tried this one and honestly was pretty much the same.
Shipping
I received them quickly am good to go!
They were delivered fast and easily replaced the worn-out heads.
Just received these heads two days ago, so not quite sure i want to throw a 5 star rating out there yet, but.
Packaging/appearance
The toothbrush overall is great and these heads come in a nice package and clean/whiten very well.
Competitiveness
The quality seems very good (as good or better than the more expensive name brand).
This is a wonderful toothbrush-as good or better than the $200 product.
These brushes seem to be better than most generic ones, but maybe not quite as good as the big name ones.
I have a greatergoods toothbrush and my wife has the much more expensive name brand of toothbrush.

Ive had soft and hard bristle and medium is just right when i used hard my gums would bleed medium is the good threshold for me but you should test it out and see for yourself
