He mentioned this bigger mat and i practically begged him to return the smaller one and buy the bigger one so i wouldnt be tortured watching them nearly hurt themselves

The mats have velcro on them so you can easily bump two of them together as pictured to make an 8x10 workout space that takes seconds to setup and wont slide apart

This exercise mat is great if you1 need that extra cushion for your back and knees that 12” mats honestly won’t do anything for2 have a dog with nails that thinks anything on the floor is his no holes in mine still even though my 50lbs puppy walks all over it3 do a lot of hiit exercises that involve planks and jumping while in a push up position or balancemy previous mat used to stretch sooo much that holding a low plank was difficult for me
