I like to use the box for heavy dumbbell presses on the 20” height. Good for building confidence. Still recommend for a good workout.
Cons
Should have sprung for a more expensive one. This product it terrible, cheat, and not durable at all. This one is either very poor quality or defective.
It makes it the box very unstable for him and completely unusable for an adult when doing either 24” or 30” jumps.
