Pros
Box is very well made, and less intimidating than plywood. The box itself is also lightweight and easy to move around. Material is very durable and non slip.

The padding is just the right amount to add safety but not sacrifice sturdiness. I also like to use the box for thrusts, because the foam is softer than my bench.
Cons
This is sturdy foam in a cover, which is ok but the measurements are not correct. On its highest position it is really unstable. The foam gives when you land and causes the box to become unstable.
