Pros

This bench is very stable and provides a strong platform for step workouts. I weigh about 140lb, and it completely holds my weight with no issues. It is a smaller size than what is in the gym but it's perfect for my living room.

Sturdy and stable with a good grip, and also very lightweight. It seems very sturdy and durable. I like that it's compact and adjustable.

The risers snap in securely and easily. The way everything is nestled into itself is wonderful and allows for a very easy and clean storage.

Cons

The maneuverability is not good. The durability is a huge issue and it says made of durable material.

On hardwood floors this slips around. The floor pads are very small. This is only for the storage of the extra risers. The one of the riser keeps falling.
