When i have to kneel on it…it is like a cloud. Especially good for kneeling positions. I've had issues with yoga and gym mats all my life, bad wrists and knees.
I am very satisfied with this purchase, it is grade a+! This is just what i needed. Good quality. Am very pleased with this product thus far.
Cons

Excellent firm and thick mat which is just what i needed with back issues.
This yoga mat is crazy thick 😅 i wanted a nice thick mat because i do my yoga on a concrete slab and didn’t want to mess up my knees.

It’s perfectly thick as i wanted but it’s so soft that it’s difficult to hold balance on it during stability exercises
